Wild Oryx is family run and beautifully so.
Park at the owners house. He drives you to the bubble camp way past the ones too close to town, out where the stars shine brightly.
You’ll be in the North of Wadi Rum.
The scenery is serene, the staff lovely and they bring in local music.
Arrange when you arrive the camel ride. Then take the 4 hours 4x4 drive around the breathtaking sights. Climb the red rock arch, see where Star Wars was filmed, visit the cave if TE Laurence during the Arab defeat of the Ottomans.
Stay 2 nights, it’s too much of a rush to do one.

The Rum Titanic camp was certainly the best stay of our entire journey in Jordan. Everything was perfect - the hospitality, location, couisine (we had breakfast and dinner), the accomodation (we got an upgrade to a larger room), I could go on and on. Faisal (the host) is one of the frendliest and kind hosts we ever had a pleasure of meeting, he even welcomed us to his house for a cup of tea and personally drove us to the camp. The view from the tent was just breathtaking, we even got up to watch the sunrise. I highly recommend the scenic 3 or 4 hour VIP Jeep Tour, we took it at sunset and it was amazing. Dinner was delicious, wi-fi worked perfectly and the tent was very clean and tidy. From our perspective, this was a 10/10 experience and if I ever visit Wadi Rum again, I will definetly stay in

The staff was very nice, including a car ride. Stargazing, red tea in the night, calm night at the camp. Traditional Bedouin music and cloths, the day after we tried camels riding
We absolutely had a great experience 😁
