Great location and easy to get to from the train station. The hotel itself is not modern, but more old fashioned and with character, the rooms are a bit bigger than the current rooms I’ve found. There is a great park and shopping district nearby with a sky tower and lots of shopping. The location is really ideal- I enjoyed staying here!

the overall experience was good, but it was definitely not the best hotel we stay during our trip to Japan. The room itself was for renovation and the space was not optimally used
Quite a value for money though

Love the books theme. The room had books on the shelves to browse and a chair and footstool for reading. There are books you can borrow from the main library in the reception. The breakfast was good too.

The location! It was a short walk from the train station and also to shops and restaurants, and easy to find. There were also several parking lots for guests who drove.
The room seem smaller than the standard ones in the same category. There was no kettle though but there are dispensers on every floor with hot and cold water.
