Staffs were very courteous. Showed me the bus shuttle service chart immediately during check in. Location was excellent. 4 mins walk to Aeon and nearby eateries. Our flight ETD was 9.40am. Took the earliest bus @6.15am and reached Chitose Intl airport at 6.30am sharp. Booked 2 twins and 1 double. Twin rooms are bigger than the latter. Provide nice coffee fr machine near counter. Very pleased with our stay on our last night at Hokkaido....

Chitose is just a small little place to spend a night or two for international connecting flights &/ domestic flights . It is a pleasant little place to get away from the hustle & bustle of the city!

Chitose was just a stopover for us to get from Niseko back to our country. The airport has more than enough entertainment to occupy us. It gave us a chance to do some last minute souvenir shopping and also buy bento boxes to eat on the plane.

The only reason we stayed in Chitose was to take the bus up to Lake Shikotsuko. We didn't do any hiking, so a half day was plenty for this part. There aren't many dining options in Chitose if you are on foot (we traveled by train), and very little in the way of other attractions in town. It seems to be mainly a convenient place to stay after you fly in from the nearby airport.

It is inconvenient to check in, the heating is not warm enough, it is difficult for us to fall asleep at night. There is no restaurant nearby, and the transportation is inconvenient. I will not make a reservation next time.

We had to travel to Chitose as we needed to fly out from New Chitose Airport. Nonetheless, we decided to stay here for 2 days to visit Lake Shikotsu & the airport for it offers many attractions. We really enjoyed the lake (very scenic!) and the airport - Royce Choc Factory, Doraemon Waku Waku Skypark etc. We got around Chitose in a rental car and the free shuttle the hotel provided. There were also plenty of souvenirs available at the airport for some last minute shopping.

Very close to airport, as well as several ski stations. it is cheaper than Sapporo city, and even if it does not have as many restaurants and places to visit as a big city may have, there are plenty of restaurants, parks and duty free malls and is very quiet place.
It's newly built and as most reviews say it is well kept and very clean. The room is prepared exremely clean and tidy.
There are no businesses around the place so you need a car to go grocery shopping or go have a quick bite to eat, which isn't a negative part if all you want is to rest in a comfortable room and be ready for an early flight in the next morning! The place is only a 10min drive to Chitose Airport. Family junior room was a perfect size for my family of four (2&5 y/o).
The hotel transfer to and from New Chitose Airport was useful. We arrived by train from Sapporo to Chitose JR station and hotel reimbursed the cab fare of 780 Y. The hotel has a public bath and restaurants nearby are ok. The room had a sofa corner and was spacious enough to open two suitcases. The laundry room was big, with separate washers and dryers which was helpful. Some of the staff spoke English.
Very close to airport, free airport shuttle in the morning. Front desk staff was very nice upon checking. Room is very small, which was fine for just an overnight stay before our flight the next morning. The bed itself was just a double, kinda small for my husband and I to get a good sleep but i think thats how most rooms are for this price so we couldn't complain much. Very nice bathroom amenities.
Good location right next to the JR station. Only a short drive from CTS Chitose airport. For our booking, Included free parking, dinner and breakfast which was nice. No need to go out to look for food. Friendly and helpful staff. They have pillows corner to pick your pillow. Come with a small public bath which is great for the long travel and tired body.
Very satisfied. A good place with 18 min's bus to the Chitose Airport (the nearest airport to Sapporo City), very convenient for me to catch up with the domestic flights in Japan as early as 7:35 am. There is a bus heading for airport earliest from 5:51 am, and the bus stop is 6-min-walk away. The fare is only 230 Japanese Yen.
Had to book after flights were cancelled. We were really happy to have this place to sleep before heading back to New Chitose Airport. Recommend it as an alternative to returning to Sapporo if in a pinch. A bit of a walk from Minami-Chitose train station but we didn't mind walking through snow. Taxi's are also possible.
Perfect location right need to Chitose station -a 10 min train ride to new Chitose international airport, and 30 min train to Sapporo. Aron department store and supermarket right across the road. Our family room was perfect for the 5 of us. Breakfast was simple, tasty and hearty. Parking onsite.
Big room for Japan standard. There is a public bath at top floor, coin laundry, coffee at lounge in the morning and daily housekeeping. It is 5 min walk from Chitose Station and free shuttle bus in the morning to go to airport (need reservation).
Centrally located and accessible from train and bus from airport within 15 min. Has convenient buffet restaurant for breakfast. Room was spacious. On site onsen. Near lots of restaurants including good ramen shop across the street.
Walking distance from Chitose station.
Lots of food outlets nearby.
Free shuttle to airport (note there is no pick up currently)
Staff were really helpful (thank you)
