It was our first time travelling to Japan from London and we wanted to experience the more cultural side to Japan after visiting Tokyo. We came across this place and it was beyond our expectations, the house is beautiful and cozy and comfortable with all the amenities you require, however what made it the best experience for us was the staff. Ian was beyond amazing, he was helpful and after talking to him he mentioned how he learnt as much english as he could to talk to us and help us communicate, once we arrived we went through everything clearly and it was such a heartwarming experience, this alone made it the best stay we could have ever imagined. He then helped us the following days get groceries, drove us to 7-11 at 2am when we checked in just to get some snacks which was just beyond what we would have thought and expected from anyone. The days after he helped us cook meals, and honestly was just so friendly we had a wonderful time. This place was perfect for anyone to stay! Could not recommend enough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

There are beautiful ancient temples, wineries with different plans for tasting, onsen, and lovely countryside to hike or walk. There was a lot of fruit and other local specialties - I recommend the Kikyo Shingen Mochi Factory tour (free) and shops. The lunch restaurant there is excellent.
Breakfast at the location was fantastic - Very well done and a definite highlight of the property. The staff did an excellent job ensuring a wide variety of food was available to meet all breakfast desires. We stayed multiple nights and the dinner menu noticeably changed and was different from the other guests that were on their first night's meal. We also had a chance to sample the local specialty of the Kofu region - Houtou udon - without leaving the hotel.
The place was huge for our family. The rooms were also comfortable for our stay. The house also had everything well stocked up!
We had some difficulties locating the key but thankfully we could communicate in chinese with the owner and managed to get ourselves in soon after.
We had also left some clothes behind and the owner was very kind to send it over to us at our next location in Japan. We received it within 2 days! Thank you for the memorable stay!
I love the old Japanese style home and it made our vacation wonderful experiencing such authenticity owner is very accommodating and replying every question we have even if his not there. We just a bit sad as we need to spend 1 night 🥰 love to be back and spend more days to see what the town may offer ☺️
The room was very fun and very nice! As a lady I loved how many ammenities there were FOR women. I didnt use all of them (like the lingerie) but the massage chari was a great touch. Never had been in a love hotel before, and the 2000 yen diffrerence for the deluxe room was highly worth it!
Wonderful ambience to the hotel. Excellent food and service. Taxi provided to and from the station. Nice experience with the hot springs within the hotel and Yukata dress robes for dinner provided by the hotel which definitely made the whole experience more authentic.
A love hotel. Value for money for those staying as tourists. The room is big with lots of free amenities including a bubble bath, sofa and a VOD subscription to watch films on. Free breakfast.
Fantastic garden inside, even kids want to come back as it was so beautiful. My husband appreciated onsen for men, his best experience after many years in Japan.
