The front desk staff members were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent as it is very close to the Nijo Market and Tanokikoji shopping Street. I loved the 7-Eleven store downstairs where I can buy food and drinks.

The property was lovely and clean. The staff were always there to great you and had a smile on their face. It’s hard to describe unless you’ve experienced such a welcome greeting before at a hotel but the little things really do uplift your spirit. Credit to the staff.
The hotel also had the ability to hold weddings which I could imagine being spectacular.
There were a couple of shops at the hotel for souvenirs and clothes.
There’s a convenience store very close by.
The subway is very close.
The park next to the hotel is a nice walk when the sun is out.
Parking is a reasonable price.
The staff can help you with all sorts of problems very quickly: broken humidifier, renting a car and getting a bus to the airport.
The staff know enough English outside of my limited Japanese that made my stay enjoyable.

The best part of this stay was the convenient location! It's right by the subway station, above two convenience stores and a few meters from bus stops and street cars. It's also located in Susukino which means countless bars, restaurants and opportunities for shopping.
