The hotel is centrally located, in quite a bustling area of the city. It was easy to find places to eat and near transport. The room was quite comfortable and very clean. Staff were very helpful and the mainly Japanese breakfast was both interesting and substantial.

A bus station is right in front of the door, Terayama Park can be accessed; many convenience stores are nearby, right amid shops and the mall;
My favorite breakfast of this trip, even better than a 4-star hotel in Kumamoto;
Nice Onsen, feeling tranquil especially when you're the only one there(possible in late afternoon, avoid after-dinner hour);
Washing machine, ice maker, vending machine, smoking room, it's very nice to have these thoughtful and comfy little equipments in hotels in Japan.

Great value for the money for this business hotel.. Excellent location, the facilities are more than enough and the cost is very reasonable. Good wifi. Nothing to complain, really.

Excellent location, essentially right outside Kagoshimachuo Station, with easy transport links to the rest of the city and very close to lots of food options. Room was compact as is expected in Japan, but very comfortable and well-equipped. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. I had a great stay here!
