Free tea bags, bed was comfortable, curtains were dark. The staff was very helpful when booking the parking! The non-smoker rooms didn’t smell of smoke, which is not granted in Japan.

Onsen was good. WIFI secure and good speed. Plenty of fresh towels if you need and 2 pillows normal when you book a single room it means one pillow. Staff were good. Tram no.2 stop right out the front only 3 stops from the JR station. No noise.

Excellent location, essentially right outside Kagoshimachuo Station, with easy transport links to the rest of the city and very close to lots of food options. Room was compact as is expected in Japan, but very comfortable and well-equipped. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. I had a great stay here!
