Rooms were spacious and clean. The public onsen was a bonus (with an outdoor bath as well) and the lounge area on the top floor was nice. Location was excellent as it was across the road from the fish markets. Unfortunately we were only there for an overnight stay so didn't get a chance to explore the area.

My reservation had been cancelled & I had to repay for my stay! Hotel representative told me it has cancelled my reservation & refund it back to your company with free of charge. You should reimburse back the refund to me ASAP. I had to pay my stay with new credit card charges!
