Very nice cozy hotel, clean and nice room. Very well situated near the railways station. Very nice stuff, despite the common language, they managed to informed me as best they could. Hirosaki castle is about 30 min walking distance, 17 min by bus or 10 by taxi.

The hotel is situated very close to JR Hirosaki station. The staff are very nice and friendly and helped us do the check-in. They also informed us that we have booked a handicapped room by accident and offered us another similar room without the handicap facility inside and we were OK with it.
There is a 7-11 within the same building on the 1st floor so you can head there for a quick bite/drink purchases.
Do note that for those who drives take, they no longer use the lift parking and instead will inform you to park in the outdoor parking lots nearby which are owned by them.
