Not clean not tourist friendly charged water tax but not allowed to use as have a small tattoo drunken noise patrons until early hours in the morning. In hallway. As there was a vending machine with beer and whiskey on offer. No one to consult as run by robots Packed and left even that we paid for 5 nights.no care no refund just go air filters in room very dirty. Breakfast not nice at all. Even that we paid we went to local JoyFul. Restaurant. Walk through car parks. Not a great location

I have a morning flight so only stayed one night here and visited the Seacle shopping mall/outlet mall. Good for travelers with morning flights to stay one night at the hotels at Rinku station so you dont have to rush to the airport. The apartment hotel helped us understand how it feels to live in that area of Japan. It was comfortable, provided what we needed .The free wifi was excellent. It was calm, quiet, and a friendly atmosphere. Izumisano to me is "centrally" located. It isn't too far from Osaka proper and not too far from the lush greenery of Wakayama. The city is friendly and convenient. We walked around the town a few times and it was nice! If you have a chance to stay there, do not hesitate!

We paid a significant premium to stay in the only hotel connected to Kansai airport. All other hotels require a shuttle or train ride to Kansai. We were happy to pay extra for the convenience when arriving by train and then flying out the next morning. Good value Japanese restaurant available outside the hotel in the same building up the escalator. Hotel dining options looked really nice but were outside our budget e.g. JPY4000 for breakfast. Maybe get a deal with breakfast included?DavidAustralia

The rooms were a decent size with a generous size full bath ( for a Japanese hotel). The major highlight, however, is the onsen spa locatedon the site. Perfect for relaxing after a very long flight! I purchased a plan that included breakfast and was very pleased with the quality and amount of food provided also. The staff was extremely polite. I was delighted with the dinosaur robots, checking me in.

The double room is spacious than our hotels in Osaka & Tokyo. The Rinku Town train station is just 5-minute walk, connected to station. There is 24-hour family mart at Level 2. This hotel also walking distance to factory outlet.

Easy walk to the Premium Outlet. Also very nearby, maybe about 5-7 mins walk, to a very huge 24hr supermarket called Trial Supermarket. Room was huge! We stayed on the 19th floor and we had a corner unit. The view was spectacular. There’s also free shuttle to the airport which is very convenient. Have to book a seat in advance. This place is a nice option for your last day in Kansai.

The front desk was very good ant arranging it so that we didn’t have to change rooms between our personal reservation a day early and the first night of our tour. Breakfast on the 54th floor was great. Lots of variety and great service. This hotel is easy to reach from the airport but it took an hour by train to get to downtown Osaka. There is shopping close by.
