The guesthouse is located in a very sleepy town, so I didn't expect there would be much to do other than go to bed. Instead, I had one of the best nights of my trip! The workers and guests I met in the common area were great fun and we all stayed up late talking and playing board games.

The location was conveniently located near the train station, tourist information and walking to the pottery village. Kenta, the owner, couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. When we arrived he had a map prepared with various restaurant options and times of opening. He did far more than he needed for his guests and helped us to access places we wanted to visit. He also arranged for us to see Kagura - a must see performance!

Kazeto is right on the water in Yunotsu, a beautiful onsen town. Everything was excellent but the hosts were exceptional. Communication in English was easy, everyone was so warm and helpful. If I could give 11/10, I would. I highly recommend Kazeto to all travellers, but particularly to foreigners.

The room was toasty warm after a long, cold day, and the shower was fantastic. While the cubbies might be a little small, and the upper level ones need a handrail to prevent slipping, the mattresses were ridiculously thick and comfortable.
Tabinoyado Kiunsoh is located in Ōda. Free Wi-Fi access is available. Rooms here will provide you with a flat-screen tv and air conditioning.

The onsen was very nice, I especially enjoyed the sound of the rain on the roof in the outdoor onsen.

Spacious, easy to move around, comfy enough for daily usage. The oil smell didn't reach the rooms if the doors were closed. Nice view of motorbikes. It's nice off-season as more privacy. Nice shower, okay kitchen area with washing machine and dryer.

The hosts were extremely attentive. Cooking facilities were available shared with the family. The bathroom was also shared but there was no problem whatsoever. We really loved staying here in amazing surroundings.
