Best budget hotel I've stayed in. Huge room with sofa, confortable bed, super clean. The hotel looks like an art gallery, the staff is super friendly and the buffet breakfast is delicious and healthy with homemade smothies, and granola, roasted veggies but also great eggs and meat. Great attention to details, with complimentary bath salts, umbrelas to borrow and use of bikes. Metro stations near. Super quiet also. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was very central. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is located next to the train station and has a lot of food options surrounding it.

The hotel has a great location - it sits right in the Teramachi shopping mall, only minutes away from Pontocho Alley, and just across the river from Gion. We found our stay very well set.
