I like the hotel location, the room on the higher floor, with the window and the 8th floor facing the street view. Non smoking floor. The staff are nice and very helpful. The shower water is pressure strong and so good. I drink the water from the tap in the bathroom. Everything was perfect. Good breakfast, and it is close to the metro subway, walk 150m to the hotel. Highly recommended! We will come back here again.

I love the location and that it was directly linked to a subway station for easy access when travelling around Osaka. The room was also quite spacious for the amount of luggage we had. Would stay here again!

This was a lovely hotel with plenty of room for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Great location right near the entrance to Universal, perfect after a long day at the park. Plenty of restaurants and shops right at the door. It was great. Highly recommend if going to universal. So convenient.

Can’t beat the location, very central with restaurants, bars and shops right outside. The price was amazing for the cleanliness of the rooms and great location. The rooms are not large but they’re fine and very clean. Front desk staff all very helpful and pleasant and all speak amazing English and Japanese.

Art Hotel Osaka Bay Tower is directly accessible from Bentencho Station. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Osaka Station is an 8-minute train ride away from the hotel.

How it was so handicap friendly! That was so nice!

Close to universal studios so we could walk back after a big day. Friendly and efficient staff that greeted us and were happy to show the children the big fish tank at checkin, which made it sonic easier after a big day of travel. Organised all our bag forwarding needs. Nice little restaurant, plus snacks available for takeaway.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to check-in early. Luggage was delivered to our room. Spacious and clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Had a washing machine in the room. All amenities were available in the room and at Reception. Hotel located close to a shopping mall, in a quiet environment.
