Efficient, friendly staff, and easy check-in with ATM-style DIY payment. Clean (with one caveat—see below). Very good, double, curtains. Spacious for a hotel of its price range. Walking distance (just) from the station.

Clean, nice room with big windows, cosy shared kitchen. Air conditioner worked perfectly. We didn't meet staff in person, but during our stay they arranged a nice opportunity for hotel guests to buy delicious Yamanashi peaches for a good price.XaigaLatvia

The nightwear is also more comfortable than every other nightwear I've worn at other hotels. The hotel provides half-portion of complimentary ramen as late-night supper, which is good.

Great location and good to have car parks available in front of the hotel. We all liked the Japanese-style breakfast but it would be great if there was toast available as well. Overall we loved our stay and we would come back again.

It's not far from Kofu station and most of the night life. There is a place to get coffee and water for free, as well as a microwave.
