Location - close enough to Narita station, within 1km walk to the old town street and Sensoji temple and possible to walk to the nearby Aeon (this is not the big AEON in Narita, but has necessities if you don't want to take a train to the big one)
Room is spacious enough for Japan, and they have shuttle to Narita airport. However, we had to catch an 8am flight, so unable to use the shuttle, but it's only 1-2 train stops to airport so all is good.
