Very helpful and professional front desk staff made the check-in process a breeze. Room is very clean and spacious. Complimentary coffee and afternoon snacks and drinks are heartwarming. The room (private suite) was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The location was great as it was very close to Kanazawa station, a nice shopping centre, and many restaurants.
Across the street we discovered a night food market that was fun for dinner.
The onsen facilities were clean and modern. It was very nice to relax after a long day of walking. The hotel also had massage chairs and provided lots of nice amenities such as bath additives, headbands, shampoo etc.

Location is the best with train and bus station around. KIRARI sushi next to the hotel is excellent!!
The staff helped me with an extra charger for the night. Also one international plug socket in the room was crucial. No other hotel during my Japan trip had that. Much needed for my laptop.

Very good location - 7 mintute walk to the station and 10 minute walk to the market from which the other attractions (castle, garden, melonbread etc are at max 20minute walking distance away). The property was very clean and spacious. It contains 3 separate rooms for the following, bathroom and toilet and sink. (It also had a kitchen and a small living room) provided extra amenedies (pijamas, towels, hygiene products)
