We stayed here for one night, and it was really pleasant! We were picked up by the hotel's shuttle service from the train-station, which went smoothly. The room (japanese style), was really spacious! Staff were very helpful and friendly, and dinner and breakfast were excellent. I requested gluten-free meals and they were able to accomodate, which we greatly appreciated!

The staff were lovely and it was beautifully situated. The garden and river were beautiful to look out on. The character of the building was very nice. At breakfast they catered to us very well with a beautiful vegetarian range of traditional foods.
