The staff - human and non-human are great. It has a relaxed feel, and the animatronic dinosaurs who serve as desk clerks, are polite and thoughtful. The lounge has a good selection of free drinks and biscuits, and the breakfast is really good value. It’s in a great location, near Nishikasai Metro, and plenty of shops and eating places. I believe there is a shuttle bus to Tokyo Disney World if that’s your reason for being there. The room was fine, clean and well equipped. Overall, we really enjoyed our short stay and will definitely book again if we’re in the area.

Being greeted by dinosaurs? What’s not to like? Kids loved it. The foyer is really well done up. Great location. Friendly staff. Clean. Vending machines every level. Didn’t get to eat at the restaurant.
