The onsen was a great experience. We stayed in room ichi which was in a traditional Japanese style with comfortable futons. We also had a nice view while eating the breakfast. The location is great, close to the train station and to the river, so one could hear the water. Staff were very nice and welcoming and we were provided with everything we needed.

We visited 5 different places in Japan and Hakone was my favorite. At least 50% of that success belongs to the place we stayed. Everything was beautiful and well organised. I will forever remember the breathtaking view of Mount Fuji from our window in the morning which was probably the most memorable moment of my whole trip.
