Exceptional hospitality - friendly and helpful. Amazing food, stayed 2 nights and had different food 😋 . Cute onsen. Great location for cable car access, nothing to do in the evening, so onsen and a book was good for us to chill after extensive travelling.

Absolutely incredible staff from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure. In particular, Yuuta was so helpful, attentive, and downright elegant. An EXCEPTIONAL breakfast and dinner were included with our room, prepared as Japanese interpretation of multi-course French cuisine. The view from the dining area was stunning. Absolutely wonderful. I believe all rooms include a private outdoor onsen (hot spring bath) where you can soak for hours while enjoying nature.

The onsen was a great experience. We stayed in room ichi which was in a traditional Japanese style with comfortable futons. We also had a nice view while eating the breakfast. The location is great, close to the train station and to the river, so one could hear the water. Staff were very nice and welcoming and we were provided with everything we needed.
