A place to experience snow and a different architecture from the rest of Japan. I was curious (still I am) about details in the history of this region that makes it quite different from other cities down south of Japan. The landscapes are excellent. People are polite and so kind towards foreigners/ non-japanese speakers. The overall impression made me really want to extend my stay there, or at least come back to revisit the place very soon. I am not into skiing but this should be a great place for that activity, too.

The wet, cold, and windy March weather made outdoor exploration less enjoyable, especially with the dirty snow on public walkways. However, I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast hunting at Nijo Market and exploring the lively Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Although I didn't spend much time at Odori Park due to the harsh conditions, I believe Sapporo is worth spending at least three nights to fully experience its culinary delights, shopping, and sights.SSze MinMalaysia - 10Scored 10

Sapporo is very easy get around either by walking or using the subway, buses and trams. There are many parks and green spaces in and around Sapporo. There is tasty local food as well as a large variety of international food. For ski enthusiasts there are many ski resorts within a short distance of Sapporo.

Sapporo is very nice as its now winter. My family experience snowing for the 1st time especially at Otaru. The feeling of snow flakes coming down instead of the usual rain in other country. So many nice place to to go but we do not have much time. Will plan a longer trip next time. Will surely come back again for the fresh seafood.VeraMalaysia

Hotel is brand new, so as you would expect, very clean and fresh. Whilst rooms are not big by European standards, they are very well laid out and I have stayed in a couple of variations of them and they are all very practical. There is high stack parking at the rear of the hotel, though it can take some time to recover your car during busy times.

It offers a sufficient quad room for my family. they can clean your room everyday or swap it with free tokens (like drinks) food is good, and since i go here on winter season, the Sapporo park is just beside. train station is also in front, bus to airport is just across and 24/7 food mart (like lawson & family) are nearby. tho it is not at the city center, train is just across and few minutes away

My suggestion is to begin your day by bathing in the onsen like bath facilities, followed by breakfast at the fish market. A perfect combination. Bed leans towards the hard side but this is the standard across japan, not a peculiar thing about this hotel.
