Great ryokan with very polite and helpful staff in a super beautiful area with views towards Mt Fuji. We arrived a few hours before checkin time on a very rainy day and the staff kindly moved us to another room which was ready so that we get in the room early which I found very kind and very thoughtful from their end. Also it has a beautiful onsen and the option to upgrade with breakfast which was lovely. There is local bus to the various attractions of the area and a bus stop located in 3 minutes walk from the property.

Accomodation is of average quality and seems a little lost in the 1980's - The decor and facilities are quite tired but kept very clean and comfortable - Areas such as under the beds and on top of ward robes were quite dusty.

Nice and modern place with comfortable beds and enough space for a family of four. No impression of the staff, since it was a self check-inn. Toilet was a bit smelly, compared to Japanese standards.
