even though the hotel is a bit far from the city, the free shuttle service to and from the airport makes it suitable as a place to stay after arriving on a late night flight or before an early morning flight. there is also a free shuttle service to the train station which was super convenient as well. the shuttle is always on time so no need to worry about missing your flight! the 7-eleven at the hotel lobby was an added bonus. the 24hr reception made the check-in and check-out hassle free. the rooms were comfortable enough to fit 2 people, and the bathroom was clean. i was very satisfied with my stay that i booked the hotel twice during my stay in japan!

Its exactly what you need if you need to catch an early flight and don't want to travel on the same day. The hotel is exactly what its advertised to be but certainly nothing more. The location is great but perhaps a little hard to find. The entrance technically is at terminal 2 but not inside.
