The staff were very kind and thoughtful. The room was very clean with a big comfortable bed, a massage chair and a huge bathtub. The free drink fountain with all types of drinks was nice as well.

It was my first experience with hot springs and I enjoyed them a lot. Why not a full smile for bed: my arthritis and futon were not the best friends, haha! But that was not hotel's fault. I cannot fault this Ryokan, although it was expensive I would say it was worth it to do once or a few times. I wish I had more time so I could stay another night.
