The room was spacious and comfortable with a large window with a view over the station/port area. It was probably the largest room we had in any hotel during our 5 weeks in Japan. My reservation had been cancelled & I had to repay for my stay! Hotel representative told me it has cancelled my reservation & refund it back to your company with free of charge. You should reimburse back the refund to me ASAP. I had to pay my stay with new credit card charges!
