The location was perfect, close to the trains and to the start of the Tokyo Marathon. The breakfast was fantastic. We had a feast every morning.

Loved staying at this hotel. The rate was excellent and the staff was more than accommodating. They were extremely friendly and I actually enjoyed our interactions. The room we stayed at was very clean and I would recommend this hotel to everyone coming to Tokyo (specifically Shinjuku)..

Very comfortable and modern living compared to most Tokyo stays. My family loved the robes and drip coffee they provided during the stay, and the small desk table is movable. Something I was not able to find at many other hotels is they will offer by default rooms with separate beds for up to 3 people. The place is very close to Golden Gai and relatively close to Kabukicho if you want to frequent those areas or you have a short Tokyo itinerary.

The staff were extra friendly and kind. The location is perfect, not too far from main area of Shinjuku and is a quiet neighbourhood. Metro subway is outside so close to transport. The room is expected small size in Japan so can't expect too much. Perfect for the cost of it. I would definitely recommend if you're on a budget trip. Better than going to a capsule hotel.

The Skytree view from the room is definitely a signature of the hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. It’s Japanese style “love hotel”, that’s why you can get better benefits than regular hotels (like choose your favorite shampoo, free drinks, big TV, games, food etc…), totally recommend for couples and tourists.
