The food was delicious and Yuichi-san shared his marvelous sake pairing technique by bubbling it, added an extra favoring in which the goal is to refine our tasting journey. Of course traditional kanzake (warm sake) was served too during the dinner course.

The house is spacious and decors are artistic. Fireplace is a lovely touch if you don't mind playing with fire and woodpile. We went grocery and cooked everyday in the house, the dining room is delightful for a dinner of five.
