The Drexel House was a private and calming escape after our safari. Property is lush and very well cared for. Staff are thoughtful and charming as well as skilled. Food was made with love and very tasty. (The butternut soup was among my favorite dishes of our entire trip across Kenya!) We even saw some incredible birds we had not encountered on safari while sitting outside during our stay. Location is very close to the Elephant Orphanage and Giraffe Center as well as good food options.

We loved the feeling of staying in "a home", it was so relaxing. The house, garden, rooms are lovely. Nairobi is a busy city but you don't even feel you're in a big city when you're staying here. It's also great that you can enjoy a walk in the surroundings just outside the house. Nice breakfast. The Staff!- so nice, sweet, professional and helpful with everything from a massage to arranging safari trips. Very much contributing to the feeling of being among friends. The checking process was smooth and fast. At first our room had an issue but Once we informed the receptionist she acted swiftly and changed us to a better room. Housekeeping lady did an exceptional job to keep our room clean. Overall all the staff at Gardens Excutive suites are friendly and always ready to help.
