I wasn’t booked into the suite with the images above , instead I was moved to a run down apartment and had been promised to be moved to the town house next day . that never happened . secondly I paid more , total was 72k paid yet on the website the booking was 65k the management is so unprofessional, I called and sent in several requests about the move to what I had actually booked for , they ignored all my calls and texts . kept us in a run down apartment. very disappointed and will never step foot in sultana palace.
