Basic breakfast. Could have more variety. Room was spacious with most amenities. Shower was always too hot, needed to be careful as could burn easily. Lifts to the restaurant and reception.

Buzzing city with a lot of restaurants, bars and social places. Easy modes of transport. Highway has made it wonderful to go from airport to town and vice versa. Lots of greenery and access to game lodges and parks. Lots of high rise buildings too which is not so nice.

loved Nairobi elephant orphanage and giraffe Centre a must - we also saw Bomas of Kenya and some museums. Also visited a tea farm which was a great relaxing day. Restaurants we visited were very nice. People very friendly - easiest way to get around is make sure you have uber app although be careful of them trying to hike price up when they realize you are tourists. Try not to arrange visits for peak travel time as roads are extreamly busy and can be scary. Also if there it is an absolute must to book safari.

I like that there are small privately owned shops and street hawkers. I prefer shopping at individual stalls as opposed to a department store. The food at The Olive Restaurant is a good value. I'd love to look around Simlaw Seeds; I used to have a farm and will return to farming.

Probably one if the best hotels I've stayed in Kenya. Firstly, the hotel accommodated my early check-in. The staff were amazingly friendly, professional and courteous. The location of the hotel was second to none as both Sarit Center and Westgate Mall are very close. The breakfast was also amazing, and the staff absolutely adorable! The gym in the 11th floor, although slightly small contained all the necessary equipment.
I will highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back whenever visiting Nairobi.
We stayed at this hotel the night we arrived in Nairobi and the night before our departure. The free hotel shuttle was on time, the driver waited for us patiently when we were delayed and made our trip very smooth. The location is less than 10 minutes drive from the airport. The staff was lovely. The food was very good. We could even get breakfast at 5 AM before checking put for our early flight. The rooms were simple but clean and sufficient for one night. A very convenient stay close to the airport.
Really nice and friendly staff. Clean beautiful room with confortable bed. Quiet environnement.
Great location in Karen, South West outside of Nairobi: best alternative if you arrive from the airport and want to be on the right side of the city to departe for Masai Mara the next morning. Quiet green area close to several of the main attractions in Nairobi (giraffe sanctuary, Karen Blixen museum and several top restaurants). You will need a car/uber to drive you around.
The location of the hotel is very central on the Moi Avenue. 5 minutes walk to the city market hall, some 15 minutes walk to the Parliament and Jomo Kenyatta tower. The restaurant by the hotel is very good, there is also a bar as a separate section. The security is presented, body temperature is being constantly measured. The rooms are basic, quite clean. Generally hotel is very much ok for a 3-star hotel in Africa.
We loved Teresa and her friendly always helpful and flexible staff. We arrived very late and were welcome in the best way, even offering still dinner for us. And when we came back the second time, we booked all airport transfers and a trip to Nairobi National Park with one of Teresa‘s drivers, and all was again perfect, and we even learned a lot chatting about life in Kenya, which we really appreciated
The Hotel Mokka City was located right in the middle of the Central Business District (CBD). This is real Nairobi, not the posh suburbs. The facilities were clean as can be, the water pressure was hot, and the room service was fast and stellar.
The staff were super nice, helpful, and accommodating. If you want to be in a lively area of Nairobi, in a modern hotel, then Mokka is the place for you!
The apartment is in an excellent location , close to upmarket restaurants and yaya supermarket with banks close by. Very convenient location to town centre, easy transport to the airport , Nairobi national park and the bomas of Kenya. Security is excellent . It is on the 11th floor with an efficient lift with spectacular view of the whole of Nairobi from the rooftop.
We stayed here for one night after flying into Kenya. Our transportation was waiting for us as we arrived, very nice gentlemen. The staff was very friendly upon arrival. Quiet area. A little far from the airport but we didn’t have to fly out the next day so it was fine. Overall, a very nice Best Western.
The receptionists, chefs and security guards were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is also quite good - CBD and Westlands are both very close. The hotel is also very clean and there are great views of the city from the balconies.
The room is as spacious as advertised. The hotel is close to the UNEP headquarter offices and the capital city of Nairobi, hence all services are available to you close by. It is fairly quiet. I had an awesome parking space. The staff is awesome.
The hotel is quite well located if you want to explore the Westlands, which is one of the safest areas in Nairobi. We also very safe as to enter the hotel, there is extensive security check. The staff were really nice and helpful.
It is a gorgeous, modern and stylish hotel near JKIA Nairobi’s Int’l airport. What a breath of fresh air to a dismal scene of boring chain hotels with no vibes. This new one has tons.
The staff are well-trained and professional.
I was not impressed with the breakfast(just a cup of tea and 2 mandazi) given the standard of the hotel.
The location of the hotel is ideal especially for travelers, business people and work related travel within Nairobi CBD.
It's in the heart of the city nairobi.bustling and crowded area. If u are looking for a real budget hotel, then this is it. Nairobi national museum is only 1.1 km away, masai market is 1.3 km away from the hotel.
Great location in Westlands perfect for local restaurants and bars. Lovely friendly staff and a huge clean room with water each day. The hotel felt really safe and I would visit again when returning to Nairobi.
The property is situated near all the amenities needed, that is; near stores (Naivas & Quick mart), near bus stops (matatu terminus) and a short distance to Nairobi CBD.
The location is perfect, it's in Westlands. A safe neighborhood in Nairobi. The property is very secured, well kept and very clean. All basic appliances are provided.
