Nurgal took very good care of us. We ordered vegan meals a couple of times and enjoyed them. We chatted using Google translate over endless cups of tea. The room was warm and cosy, yet spacious. The shared bathroom was clean and tidy. The closed sitout area was cute. She helped organise local tourist activities and a taxi to our next destination. WiFi worked well. We liked the location. Walked about nearby to explore the surrounding areas. A very pleasant stay overall.

The yurt camp is set up in the very idyllic location near to the Issyk Kul lake, the yurts are very spacious and with comfortable beds and the electric heaters if needed. There are 4 shared bathrooms with hot water that were kept clean and with everything you needed. The breakfast and dinner were very nice, and you could get the tea or coffee anytime you want. The main host speaks fluent english. There is a well for drinking water. The host organised the eagle show for us which was performed nearby, and was very interesting, but was not for everyone since it simulated the real hunting process.
