It was modern and spacious and not too crowded. Personal attention from all staff. Incredible pools that were actually cold (unusual in Phnom Penh in April) and a beautiful spa. Oh and the beds were divine! Lovely breakfast choices and a great rooftop bar for watching the sun go down.
