Eden Beach Resort by EHM, hotel in Koh Rong Sanloem

Facing the beachfront, Eden Beach Resort by EHM offers 4-star accommodation in Koh Rong Sanloem and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and restaurant.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic and we were so glad we decided to stay here. It's in a fab location right by the pier and staff were there to help with bags. The hotel is on the quieter part of the beach which we loved as we could then walk to the bars/restaurants in the evening. Really cute rooms which were cleaned daily. The pool was amazing and we enjoyed our cocktails by the pool during Happy Hour.

One Beach Resort, hotel in Koh Rong Sanloem

One Beach Resort has a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a bar and garden in Koh Rong Sanloem. Located on Sandy Beach, the resort with free WiFi is also 1.6 km away from Saracen Bay.

We just checked out of One beach resort. This hotel is located on a beautiful private beach. The rooms have everything you need. The hotel also has a restaurant serving delicious dishes and drinks, and a swimming pool overlooking the sea. But the most important thing that makes this place unique are the wonderful hotel employees who treated us like family. First of all, Khemara and Shell are the people who took care of us before our arrival, helping us book transport, and then taking care of us like family on site. And the chef of kitchen and the gentleman from the office, always dressed in a white shirt and willing to help and answer every question (sorry we didn't remember his name). We only mention these four people, but every hotel employee was incredibly positive, smiling and helpful. And it is mainly thanks to these people that this hotel is unique and we would love to come back :) Thank you very much for the wonderful birthday gift, it was very nice for us! Best regards, Dominika and Jakub

Bamboo Jam, hotel in Koh Rong Sanloem

Bamboo Jam is offering accommodation in Koh Rong Sanloem. Among the various facilities of this property are a private beach area and a garden. The accommodation offers room service and free WiFi.

If you go to Saracen-Beach and want that hut-on-the-beach thing you may know from Thailand or other countries, Bamboo Jam is the place to go! The bungalows are made up real tastefully (althoug the bathrooms would benefit from a little bit of refurbishing). They are located right at the beach between trees. Really beautiful. The staff is mixed foreigners and locals an really nice and helpful. The restaurant is equipped with vintage furniture from Japan and differs nicely from the neighbouring , more sterile places.

Dragonfly Guesthouse, hotel in Koh Rong Sanloem

Set only 500 metres from the main beach, Dragonfly Guesthouse offers pet-friendly accommodation in Koh Rong Sanloem. Featuring private gardens and a sun terrace, it has the on-site restaurant.

First of all, the location of this guesthouse is really exceptional, you'll find the most beautiful garden where you can watch the sunset and sip some excellent juices (big up to the banana and peanut butter smoothie 😋). We ate there one evening and the food was all excellent. We came for a short break on a island after a three month trip, we extended our stay by three more nights (and it wasn't enough) because we felt so good there, our hosts were so kind... we felt at home as soon as we arrived. This island has a magical energy and Tasha and Christen make this place even more magical, thanks to their welcome and their kindness.

Nice for walks. nice bays, beaches.

Nice for walks. nice bays, beaches. The nicest beach and resort i think is lazy beach I think. It is more remote very much built into the jungle and layed back , snorkling available - good corals if the water is clear apparently. You can walk from there accross to the main beach: Saracene bay, not far.

Prior to travelling to Sanloem I read online that there are no roads on the island and was therefore quite shocked to see the massive, wide, bulldozed dirt roads that had been carved into the island's untouched jungle. Upon investigating the matter, we found out that a Chinese owned company has rented half of the island from Cambodian government and is planning on building big hotels and casinos around the island. So, what you saw during your visit year ago is totally different from this year. I dread to think what the island will looklike in 5-10 years time.

Long Time Visitors to Koh Rong Sanloem.

Long Time Visitors to Koh Rong Sanloem. Stayed at Lazy Baech for many years when it was only accommodation on Island and Saracen Bay was development free and a 25min walk through Jungle. Now they have cleared a 4 lane road through the Jungle from Saracen Bay to Lazy Beach. Just stayed at M'pai bay for first time and it my new favorite location in Koh Rong Sanloem. Nice village feel in nice bay with a fantastic main beach around the headland that is not developed. Lots of great Food and Drink options and allround friendly owners.

Nice and quiet island, small enough to cover the main sights on foot. We loved lazy beach but weren't so impressed by Saracen bay. This is mainly because of the amount of rubbish in the water/sand but I guess it depends on the currents/wind. The island itself has very basic facilities and reduce accessibility, I don't think it would be suitable to someone on a wheelchair or using crutches.

This is a great place to relax and sit around on the beach, plenty of activities if you want but we just relaxed. We ate at Saracen Bay Resort most of the time, great food and very reasonably priced, seemed to be cheaper than other places along the beach.

Excellent location right in the middle of the bay where there is a line of hotels with tables in the sand on the beach in the evening. The beach in this area is also kept nice and tidy, while elsewhere there are a lot of abandoned places after covid, and rubbish laying around. Very large and clean room and bathroom with a nice sitting area outside with a table and chairs. Tips: 1) If you intend to walk to or from the pier, try to arrive and leave during low tide! 2) do NOT miss out on seeing the stone carvings near Lazy beach.

The bungalows are just a few meters away from the beach. The bed was comfy and the mosquito net provided protection. The bungalow was clean and it had a safe, a solar-powered fan and two sofas at the porch. There are two shared toilets and 3 shared showers, all acceptably clean. The restaurant has good food. The staff were all very nice. Free drinking water refill. You can pay both the accommodation and the restaurant with a credit card, no transaction fees. Overall, it was a good experience.

The staff and owner was very accommodating and helpful. The resort is at the end of the island which is a bit far from the port but they have a free pick-up and drop off. I booked this resort because we wanted to do fishing, And yes, we enjoyed fishing and catched lots of fish. The rooms are newly renovated, clean with comfortable pillow and comforter. The place is very relaxing as it's far away from the crowd. I will surely come back to this resort. The room rate is very affordable.

It was a pleasure to visit Sara Resort located in Koh Rong Sanloem because the service there was really good which includes the free a la carte breakfast, a big, new, swimming pool, cool design, and a really beautiful place to take pictures. The most of it is that it’s about the beautiful white sand beach. The resort was a wonderful place to stay with my friend personally for a night. If you go to Koh Rong Sanloem I would recommend you to visit and you won't be disappointed!

The staff is really friendly, the place is super chill. The hotel is new and everything is clean and beds are comfy ! The view is amazing for sunset, you have happy hour with good cocktails and comfortable seats. the food is AMAZING, delicious ! You can also swim in the ocean at night to see some bioluminescence plankton, that's magic ! The access is a bit hard if you have big luggages because you're crossing the jungle but trust me, the view and stay is worth it !

Julia and Oscar were really nice and welcoming, allowing us to change bungalow once and helped us organize a private taxi boat from Mpai Bay (the beach is only reachable by boat or a 30-minute trek through the jungle from Saracen Bay). The bungalows are located in the top corner of sunset beach, the most beautiful beach of Koh Rong Sanloem, from where we saw some of the best sunsets we have ever seen. Food is excellent! Happy hour is also a must.

Really cool vibe. The food and atmosphere is a much needed alternative to the other establishments on the beach (classic resorts and hostels) with healthy options and a generally chill hippie mood. The beachfront area in front of the bungalows is just a wonderful place to spend time sitting, reading, drinking or whatever. Perfect place if you’re looking for a rustic, camping like feeling on a wonderful beach.

Just right on the beach in Saracen Bay. They picked us up from the ferry pier with a small boat. The cabins are comfortable. For our last night we got an upgrade as the AC was not working in our room. Both cabins were comfortable and clean. The food in the restaurant is great. Very relaxing place and we enjoyed our time on Koh Rong Samloem here!
