Helpful host, he got us our tuktuk for our Angkor day + our night bus for Ko Rong at a good price and everything made very convenient.
Also he cleaned the leaves in the pool every time I wanted to go there which was real nice and lent us fresh towels for the pool.
Otherwise spacious three beds room with pretty bathroom.

Location Location Location.... There is a school opposite the property, so with children learning the multiplication tables loudly, it is noisy during the day. So seek a room towards the back of the hotel and you would be good. Since the property doesn't have a lift (elevator), avoid a room near the staircase, as it will be noisy with guests walking up and down the wooden staircase throughout the day and night (yup, its a city with good nightlife, so people come back late)
