This is an oasis of peace and quiet in an otherwise dodgy part of Busan, with very large rooms and lavish showers and hot tub with great pressure, even at high floors. We took 2 rooms, one of which was a suite, and it did not disappoint.
The staff was quick to sort out a small problem we had with our suite, and they gave us an equivalent one a few minutes later with plenty of apologies. A proper 4 star treatments. The most modern bidets we found in our entire trip in korea were in this hotel.
Stuff was also helpful with providing directions and umbrellas during the rainy days.
