Good location, very close from the bus station (you can walk from there) and also from the most important places to visit.
There was a kitchen with all facilities so you can eat there as well, and it was very clean.

It was a large room with a little area off the bedroom with a table and two chairs. But that space had very poor lighting. The place was clean and had free parking on site. The owner was really nice and interested in talking to her guests and offering advice on where to go for food and sights etc.
I would give a rating of good+
