The hotel was in a very good location, very close to the street food alleys and entertainment areas. Also easy to reach to any of the subway stations or bus stops. Within walking distance to the Lotte mall and tower. The price for the room was very reasonable (particularly for someone that is used to stay at the Sofitel Ambassador around the corner). The staff was very polite and helped me get rid of broken luggage for a symbolic fee (directly charged by those that got rid of it).

I was on the 21st floor and although restricted the view was still very nice over Seoul city. The bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. Couldn't fault the hotel at a very reasonable price!
