The room is not particularly large, but comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Staff at the reception was great, efficient and extremely kind. Location is good, halfway to reach on foot both the old city centre (Tselinograd) and the new one (area around Bayterek). It is also conveniently located next to one of the best cafes in town (Nurba's Coffee) and right opposite a supermarket. The choice of food for breakfast is good, and their self-service coffee machine (Italian make) makes one of the best espresso and cappuccino I ever drank from a machine of this kind.

From the moment we arrived everything was perfect.
The butler who accompanied us to our room, so beautifully decorated and with personalised cards and treats on the special occasion of our 10th anniversary, was very attentive.

Location is okay. For the breakfast - we told the staff that we are vegetarian and asked for the vegetarian option. Staff was polite and told us that though they don't have any veg options they will try to see if something is possible and they did provide us with Rajma / bread / salad / omlette.
The rooms are spacious enough and clean as well. 15 min walk from Halyk bank ATM. Overall worth the price we paid and would recommend to stay.
