Super convenient location within a short walk of Aktau airport. I received a very friendly welcome from the capable lady at the front desk, and checkout went just as well. The room is a good size with good hot water (very welcome after a few days at large in Mangystau), comfy bed, good AC and fridge. I was a little surprised by omission of a kettle.
There were no flights during my stay of about 12 hours. The pleasant cafe, which serves good simple meals, tra, coffee, and cold beer, was exactly what I needed and again provided cheerful service. An ideal place to stay before (or perhaps immediately after) an early morning flight.

Super new hotel. All rooms are modern and well equipped and look fine. Big and spacious bathrooms with large shower. One of the few hotels in Kazakhstan that we stayed at, that provides free bottled water.
The staff is just lovely, was always friendly and made an effort to help us. Definitely the best hotel staff we met in Kazakhstan.
The location is great, not far from good restaurants and places to see.
There is also a nice cafe downstairs where you can get breakfast.
