Highly recommended about The Lions Pub & Hotel. Cleaning and Comfort were outstanding. The manager was very kind girl me and my mom was came. Room service is very good I call them at 2.30 am the girl has being answer the phone for the room service they came in 5 minutes.. I'm really happy about the services. This is my second time i visit to the hotel first time it was not good but now i can highly recommend the hotel.. It's a very good place the are giving big service for the value. Good job Lions.. No cheating they are showing the dollar rate and takeing money.. In the 2nd floor they are is a nice place to spend time..

The bed was very big and comfortable, the bathroom was also lovely. The roof top pool was amazing. I had the whole place to myself.

The design of the hotel was a beautiful colonial style. There were many gorgeous details including a hand painted wardrobe and headboard resembling a Peacock tail. The staff are on hand 24/7 to assist with a smile. Great coffee and breakfast at the cafe. Can't comment on the yoga as we unfortunately didn't get time.

Beautiful place to start or end your journey in Sri Lanka. We didn't want to stay in the city since our trip to the country is a short one but we're now planning to go back to Colombo earlier and stay here a few days longer.
It's in a very easy to access part of the city. You can walk and find so many restaurants/cafes/markets as you like. Easy to find transportation to go anywhere as well.
The place itself is beautifully designed, well maintained and clean. The pool area is very nice, there is a small area for gym purposes as well, which is a smart design element.
The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. Beds are comfy and the bathroom is just appealing to the eye.
Overall a very well designed and maintained place. The experience of staying here is well worth it.
