Feels brand new, very spacious. Probably the cleanest apartment in Sri Lanka - mean it! Equipped with all furniture, fridge / freezer combination etc. you need - not more and not less :) subjectively, some decorative elements would make the room more cozy. Bathroom with hot water boiler and decent water pressure. Rare and welcome exception in Sri Lanka.
Owner (Nilan) and his caretaker were both very friendly and helpful. A noisy fan in one bedroom was fixed within a day.
Very clean pool!

Everything about this small boutique hotel/ guesthouse was perfect.
I wish I could score them 100!!! Not just 10
Beautifull family who helped with anything we needed yet stayed in the background, were not intrusive in anyway - attentive, caring, professional, supportive with advice.
They offer massages etc which I didn’t undertake as I have been in Sri Lanka for 1 month and took this elsewhere.( I wish I’d experienced this with them).
This is my second trip to Sri Lanka and this area in the western province is my favourite.
This place is sparkling clean throughout . The pool is immaculate . The gardens are well kept watered daily.
WiFi is very good.
I will MOST DEFINITELY COME BACK NEXT YEAR
The breakfast is delicious. Beds are comfortable and the air con actually works!!!
Property was approx 5 mins from the beach - which is clean!!
5 mins tuk tuk ride from the ATM.
( they accept cash only).
This country is recovering from a difficult time politically.
The people smile so brightly and welcome with open arms.
They work extremely hard to make everyone happy .
Please don’t try the big hotels this is a perfect size with only 8 rooms.

Very friendly family who helped us carry the luggage upon arrival. The chef prepared us a very good meal that we ate at the beautiful beach. Sri Lankan breakfast on the same beach was very tasty.

Lovely place to relax. Large beach.
Lovely place to relax. Large beach. Not many restaurants on the beach and not as populated with tourists as other areas we visited, but we loved spending time in Shah Shah's and found a sun bed to relax in with an umbrella. Also recommend Pier 88 to eat out in near by Aluthgama, lovely river views and good quality food. Also recommend Kandoori if you fancy a bit of Indian cuisine. We didn't do many day trips as we had already done some in Mirissa but we did do a boat safari that was pleasant enough. Great location if you want to be relatively near to Colombo and the airport. We mostly relaxed by the pool and had Ayurvedic massages so recommend finding a nice hotel with good facilities. Worth a visit.
The villa is very big and beautiful, our room was spacious and clean. Sam - the administrator is very friendly and helpful, he has his own tuk-tuk (vehicle) and he drove us around wherever we wanted to go, be it to shops with the best prices or sightseeing. The location is quite nice - it's about a 15 minutes walk from the good spot on the beach (Sam will show you where it is) and there are different shops, restaurants, pharmacy etc within walking distance. As a bonus - the villa has its own access to the river and a boat.
It is very saftty and clean location. Ample parking and secure location in side of the hotel for vehicle. Pool is very clean. Very nice location for coffee shop. Restaurant located in rooftop and nice view. Foods were delicious. Staff were friendly and coparative. Nice guidance for tourism attraction areas are nereby. Very clean room and bath room. Linen are very clean and new looking. AC also good and all promised things in add are available. Nice experience.
The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (they have massage shower panel ), and high quality service. I had breakfast on the beach and it was fantastic. They are also one of the few hotels that offer a nanny service for a small fee and Mr De Silva also arranged a trip for me so I felt safe with them. Highly recommended.
We loved our stay at Sriyan Villa.
Shameera is an extremely helpful and friendly host, from preparing us breakfast to giving plenty of tips of places to see in Sri Lanka.
The villa itself is a hidden gem by the river and only 10 minutes away from the beautiful Morigalla beach.
Villa is tastefully designed with antique-inspired style and has a green and peaceful garden.
We will certainly come back :)
New well-equipped villa with the great high speed Wi-Fi so you can work remotely. The location is also awesome, beach is just in 10 minutes walking distance. We have 3 separate rooms, dining area, kitchen and cool living room so there is a lot of space. We use one of the room as a working cabinet because it has comfortable table and chair.
The area near the house is also very cozy and secure.
Spacious room with cozy bed, equipped with fan and AC, also mosquito net. No Wifi provided as stated, my sim card internet is working fine so it’s not bothering. The host is friendly and nice. The nearby beach is lovely with comparatively less tourists, but there’s not much shops or restaurants around the guesthouse.
One of the most beautiful places we stayed in Sri Lanka! The atmosphere is just amazing. Everything is perfect from the natural tasteful decorations, the staff that makes you feel at home, the wonderful location right at the beach. Price is very good for what you get. Super clean room.
The good: the massage was fantastic. We found it to be a bit pricier than others in Sri Lanka, but absolutely worth it.
The older women and youngest boy on staff were also fantastic. They were lovely and kind.
The room was as pictured and the beds are comfortable.
Had a perfect and special breakfast. I really liked it. Host is very helpful. Arranged free transport to the beach. And helped to find everything what i want. And there is a kitchen with all the kitchen items you can cook there in your way. City also near to villa.
The owner is wonderful, really taking care of you, and open to share good stories and details about life in Sri Lanka The breakfast is great, and the room is good size. The garden, the kitchen are a big plus.
location front of the beach just 10 meters, and the kindly, and friendly staffs thankfully Madam Suzan, Mr Nevil and others. (The breakfast was delicious 😘)
There was a choice of continental or Sri Lankan breakfast.
The staff was exceptionally friendly
The hotel is only 5 minutes' walk from a wonderful beach.
