This is an amazing property located in a quiet area surrounded by nature. It is quiet, remote and has plenty of opportunities to view amazing species of birds, monkeys, and other local nature all while relaxing on the property. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. When I stayed here I was one of the only guests for a few nights and the staff here made me feel safe and at home. It is truly a great retreat, very good prices and food and an overall excellent experience. Would visit here again and highly recommend!

The property is so nice on a quiet side street and has the best view on a beautiful lake!
Gayan, the owner, and his family are incredibly hospitable and so kind - he took me on a tour around the lake and showed me the temples and explained a lot, I enjoyed it a lot :)
The food tastes amazing and they were so kind to offer me tea before I went on the safari at 5am.
Overall I had the best time here and would recommend this place to everyone!!

Our group of 3 stayed here for one night, the night before our safari to Yala. We absolutely loved this hotel, it really was an amazingly comfortable stay. From the moment we got there we were greeted with incredible hospitality. All the staff really went out of their way to look after us, making sure we were always comfortable. The room itself was great for us too, spacious, clean and cool. We also organised the safari through this hotel and it was super easy. They gave us a big box of food and water too which was really appreciated. Really great hotel, keep up the good work! Our favourite hotel so far in Sri Lanka!!
