We haven't whis properly at all.We booked studio ,arrived 😢 and called by phone, that we had from this booking confirmation. Answer men voise, and says, that will call back after 5 min. I and my husband were waiting about 2 hours, but nobody called for me,and nobody anwer. I paid for this property by PayPal.And have looked for ather place to stay. I am very very sad. Was broked my holiday. Please, help get my money back, and chec more detales about this propetly. Thank you

Zarasai is a district where you have lake on a lake, too many lakes, too beautiful to miss. You have cheap but very tasty home food. Latvia is close by. Lots of water sports activities. You can go berry gathering or mashrooming, boating, saling, laying on the beatch. Seing historic sites, like old mills, churches, etc.

Small hotel, but the rooms are quite spacious, a large entrance hall for suitcases with closet (that is rare). Large bathroom and very spacious shower. The hotel offers a wide range of snacks in minibar, and most importantly, the exclusive Lithuanian Gintaras Sinas fruit wine. On the ground floor there is a bistro with Sino winery, a bakery, a variety of gourmet snacks. A very fun place opened in Zarasai, I recommend staying. The centre of Zarasai is reachable within 5 minutes where you can find where to eat or shops for all your needs. We didn't meet hosts, very convenient key collection. Apartments are spacious. I think we will return as there are a lot of things to do, to see in Zarasai district. Also, I need to mention that hosts are great, we left one thing in the apartment and hosts send it to us through mailbox. I really recommend these apartments for stay in Zarasai.

There is no reception at the hotel, we got all entrance info via SMS. The check-in and check-out process was super smooth. A Complimentary wine bottle, from the local producer, was really lovely. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the bar 'Lietaus sodai' just downstairs. Lietaus Sodai also sells wine and different local specialties, which is very comfy.

The facilities (including common areas) were clean and staff friendly. Especially off-season or during the shoulder season, you have the entire campground to yourself. We came in early September and were the only guests!

Zarasai area is just made for hiking, make sure you’ll bring comfy shoes and explore countless lakes. On the other hand there’s not much to do so make sure that you’ll bring some board games or books as well. Fireplace will make your stay warm all year long. Hosts are very nice elder couple!
