The hotel is located in a nice village in Luxembourg's Ardennen with lots of walking paths and varied landscapes.
The rooms are clean and well equipped. Having a restaurant at the same place was a big plus and allowed us to have a dinner right after our walk.
La Rackésmillen welcomes you all year round in the heart of the peaceful nature of the Clerve valley. Our 6 rooms reflect the calm and simplicity of the places and the inhabitants of the region.

Although on a main road our room was at the back and very quiet and overlooking beautiful scenery. Very welcoming host.

I have stayed here several times before, and will stay again. The rooms are large but with basic pine fittings. Quite comfortable. The hotel has a brewery and the draught beers are excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful but basic.
Situated in the heart of the Our valley, this luxurious, 18th century castle is fully renovated and offers a classic and stylish setting for your stay in Luxembourg.

Decent, very clean rooms. Nice view. We ordered pizza's in the restaurant, even though we weren't that hungry. They we're really good. Fairly big parking lot next to the hotel.

The facilities were clean and comfy. I like the closeness to nature, the staff were very friendly and helping.
It wasn't very clear where the check in was going to be, apparently it's at the café. The GPS quided me to where the rooms are located..
The breakfast was modest but good and more than enough. And also it was a nice feeling being served for a change. :)
Spacious room, very good beds. No airco so it turns rather hot in the room. Difficult to find the hotel in the dark by car because the entrance isn't on the street side but in a pedestrian area. You have to park your car on a parking lot and move further by feet.

Clervaux is cosy and has some interesting historical places to visit. Good choice of restaurants. Good basis for discovering (the northern part) of GDL. We enjoyed the proximity of Golf de Clervaux. Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to explore some of the many walks through the surrounding woods and valleys.

Clervaux is very interesting: The castle; the Museum of CEBA of WWII, The church and the Monastry. For the Hotel, we recomend the Golf Hotel, 3Km out of the center of Clervaux: GOLF&COUNTRY HOTEL. Drive via Eselborn on CR 332, where you'll find the direction plate to the Golf going South on the road to "Mecher" Going around in Clervaux isn't easy. We had dinner at the Golf Hotel, very good. We wouldn't follow the NAVI by just setting the address. Best is to set Eselborn.

Hotel wicked in between hotels and the resto's of the city,...
Hotel wicked in between hotels and the resto's of the city, makes a bit funny. I would say just an ok as room was clean but cleaning personnel opened early in the morning wide open the door of my room were as I did put "do not disturb" and still was in my bed. I can tell you that wen you go completely naked to you bathroom and see that anybody in the corridor can watch the scenery! You could make a funny film of it.
It made me furious as nobody neither management presented excuses. Cleaning personnel even denied and replied that I widely opened my door during the night! Completely stupid as during the night I went to the bathroom were as everything was safely closed. I will not go there a second time!

Clervaux is a small but oh so nice town.
Clervaux is a small but oh so nice town. Focused on tourism so there's many restaurants and terraces and a nice bakery which serves good breakfast. It's the perfect starting point for many shorter hikes in the environment, and also the Eislek trail passes by the town.
We liked the location, it is a beautiful town, and if you like hiking, you have plenty of possibilities nearby. It is dog friendly, though compared to other hotels, you get absolutely nothing for the dog (not even a bowl), but the charge you 15 EUR for the night. The spa is nice, naturist, very clean, the sauna and steam area is very pleasant, and even though we were there on a weekend, it was never too crowded. The food in the restaurant was very good, and the breakfast is exceptional.
I loved my stay at Koener hotel. The staf is really nice and the room I stayed in was very clean. The food ia delicious.
The owner is very helpful. Very nice man. Always asking us if everything was OK. Nothing was impossible. I felt very welcome.
I am definitely going back to this hotel and I will tell all my friends and coworkers.
They have 3 locations. We stayed at the golfcourse hotel. Beautiful view. I never felt so relaxed.
The family room we stayed in had a second level with two additional beds and was extremely spacious (for European standards). It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was welcoming and breakfast was generally sufficient. The views over the golf course and surrounding area were very nice. The atmosphere at the hotel was generally relaxing and laid-back.
Very nice, helpful staff. Great location in city center pedestrian area, near bus stop, and lovely hotel.
My disappointment was with castle not hotel. No castle tours, entrance, or historical information. The Man photo exhibit very nice, but could have been anywhere. Other museums closed except weekends, poor timing on my part.
The accommodation was spacious and well ventilated. The room was clean and towels and bathrobes were provided for the guests. Staff were friendly and the check in process was hassle free. Breakfast was just as typical to any other hotels in Luxembourg not having so much selection but reasonable.
The hotel is located in a nice village in Luxembourg's Ardennen with lots of walking paths and varied landscapes.
The rooms are clean and well equipped. Having a restaurant at the same place was a big plus and allowed us to have a dinner right after our walk.
Very well laid out family room so that each person had private space. Many thoughtful details, like robes and special lighting above the seating area. The facilities were excellent with nice saunas and a beautiful pool.
The space was incredibly comfortable
Spacious, beautifully appointed room. Loved eating a gourmet meal with regional dishes in their restaurant. Excellent breakfast. all good organic and locally sourced. loved being in a small village near Clervaux. Appreciative if the free parking.
