PERFECTLY located if you want to go to a concert at the L'Atelier (even it was quite cold we could leave our coats at the hotel and went to the venue without any jacket as it's just such a short way). Rooms are simple but everything is definitely sufficient for one night and it was clean. Friendly staff. Very nice and interesting surroundings. Can't tell anything about the breakfast as we went downtown for it.
