Absolutely worth the detour! Soo Bin has the most stunning grounds and garden. Rooms are artfully decorated with lots of attention to detail. Majid is a friendly and welcoming host and the food was delicious! The lower levels of the reservoir did not take away from our experience, still such a stunning area to explore and only a 10 minute walk to the waterfront. 10/10.

A truly inspiring location. A fantastic insight into the culture of Morocco. The spacious apartment and excellent facilities. A genuine and kind family who went out of their way to make our stay here amazing. The food was delicious and home cooked. If we could, we would rate our stay here 15/10.

The owner Ali and the staff are all lovely people.
It's such a little gem of a place - individual, quirky, unique.
Lovely calm atmosphere if you want to get away from it all for some peace and quiet.

Looks amazing from the exterior with great pool and gardens. It’s a huge Hotel but largely empty when we visited.
We stayed here while driving between Fes and Marrkech.
We stayed here while driving between Fes and Marrkech. Lovely little place in the hills above a lake. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Dinner was ok. We got a tagine and it did not have much taste. It turned out the waiter had forgotten to bring the sauce (there was a large family dining at the same time so I guess he was busy or distracted). Very peaceful with beautiful scenery.

Receptionist Ilham and server Said were very welcoming and helpful. Location is stunnning with exceptional views and ambiance. Rustic decor inside and out is quite artistic, with plenty of shady places to sit. Pool and gardens are well maintained. Breakfast is very substantial and typically Moroccan. An excellent choice for absolute peace in Nature's beauty. NOTE: The hotel sign out on the main road is very small and hard to see. We only spotted it by accident and would have driven past.
I usually choose properties with user ratings above 8.5, and this one had been highly recommended but showed something in the 7s, so my expectations were very low. But the place is magnificent, the staff is dedicated, the view incredible, and the room comfort above what you expect from a 5star. A divine place I would love to bring my wife there for a romantic weekend. Food prices are in line with what you get in other hotels, 5-star hotel restaurants are never cheap...
A simple hotel that met all our needs. We had a triple room with balcony overlooking the reservoir. The shower was good though the curtain doesn’t go all the way to the floor. There was no menu as such (and no English spoken) and we were offered brochettes for our meal which were very good. Another group had tajine the night before and said they were good too. Breakfast was a buffet with optional eggs
A very nice hotel. The room was equipped with everything needed of a comfortable stay. The view from the terrace was stunning. It has a small swimming pool which some people seemed to enjoy. I was tempted to try it but was too tired. The food was great. We had a couscous for dinner and a traditional Morrocan breakfast with the Moroccan pancakes (M’lawi), tea, coffee, eggs…
I highly recommend it.
Everything was really excellent. Very nice staff, great location, beautiful property. But the dinner was by far the best ☺️.
When we got there, they called in advance and explained to us how best to get there by car. The road is no longer asphalted, but you can still reach the hotel without problems WITHOUT four-wheel drive car.
I can only recommend the hotel.
One of the best places to stay in Morocco for the stunning views around the hotel and for the amazing hospitality which feels like you're staying with your family. Special thank you to Badar who we saw running around for us from the minute he got up and is so passionate about making the guests stay a special one which he definitely did for us.
The view and the staff in this hotel are amazing. I was surprised to find otherworldly cuisine in there. The chef was a kind man who treated us like friends. The vibe is chill enough to regenerate from stressful environment.
Overall it was comfortable, tasty, and very chill. Good value for money..
1 - view and the nature around was outstanding
2 - very comfortable and spacious room
3 - high class service across the hotel: good restaurants, got help with laundry service, was easy to book extra night on the spot
4 - close to the Ouzound waterfalls (was a reason for a stop here)
Amazing room and hotel. You won't find anything like that in Morocco. This property must visit and see. Stunning room sizes, views and amenities. Its only one drive drive from the waterfalls. If you have a chance to stay overninght or two - come and enjoy. You won't regret it.
Everything was fantastic. The food is yummy and fresh, the room is good, and the staff(receptionist, waiters, cook, cleaning ladies) is so professional, helpful, and hospitable. The hotel design is mesmerizing, giving you a peaceful mind. I highly recommend this hotel
It's a nice hotel on the way from Marrakesh to Meknes/Fes.
The owners are very friendly. One of them speaks English, too.
We arrived around 7pm and they offered us some dinner (BBQ) for 8pm, which was delicious.
