This is our second stay at Ibis Casa Voyageurs. Great, clean hotel, coffee/bar in the lobby is very convenient. Few restaurants in the area, also McDonalds and Starbucks at the train station. Bus station 5-10min away with taxi and (our main reason why we book it every time) right in front of the train station. Even if you have an early flight or late arrival, it is much more convenient and cheap to get the train to/from the airport. You can buy the train ticket also when you arrive at the hotel and you can travel hassle-free on the next day. The staff was very helpful and they let us check out later, so we didn't have to stay too long at the airport. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who is traveling to/from Casablanca.

Great location. Great views. Decent choice for breakfast. First place we stayed at during our holidays to make us fresh eggs. Friendly, accommodating staff. They checked us in very early as we arrived early (this may have been why the room wasn't as ready on the first day.

Located on the Atlantic Ocean, the cosmopolitan Cassablanca is the largest city in Morocco although Rabat is the political capital. This colorful city features lively traditional markets and narrow streets full of spices and aromas.
Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the Hassan II Mosque has the tallest minaret in the world. Made of hand-crafted marble, this beautiful mosque blends the Islamic architecture with Moroccan elements. Situated in the heart of Morocco, the modern Port of Casablanca is the largest one in North Africa and one of the largest artificial ports in the world.
The traditional market of Quartier Habous has a great variety of handmade Arabic carpets, metal wares and a huge olive area. The shopping paradise of the Exposition Nationale d'Artisanat is the place to buy local products, souvenirs and quality leather goods.
The Boulevard Muhammad V is Casablanca’s busiest street linking the Place des Nations Unies with the railway station in the east of the city. If you are looking for relaxation, visit one of the local Turkish baths and enjoy soothing spa treatments. Booking.com offers a big selection of hotels in Casablanca with wellness facilities.
Mohammed V International Airport is the busiest airport in Morroco, serving many European countries. The train station of Casablanca Voyageurs connects the city with Marrakech and Tangier.
Only selected areas of the city are worthwhile to visit.
Only selected areas of the city are worthwhile to visit. Most of the city appears to have flourished up to the 1970s as many buildings are from that period - now mostly run down. Lots of litter on the road and traffic participants regularly violate the rules - in particular motorists passing through red lights.
Better to stay in Rabat which is a very clean city in comparison, and perhaps visit Casablanca on a day trip only.
Attractions of Casablanca are few: Habbous quarter, Hassan mosque and of course the Rick's Cafe.

The train station/tram is very good ,I enjoy riding them.
The train station/tram is very good ,I enjoy riding them. I have problem eating from restaurant as the opening are quite hard. What I mean about hard is the timing for opening is not for a morning person. Pack extra dress for winter. My french sucks and arabic is not good also so there is a language barrier you have to overcome.

Very good hotel, for Casablanca, the hotel is located near the, two shopping malls, which are within walking distance. We had a 2 bedroom suite with a full kitchen, the hotel is very clean, quiet. Two restaurants below the hotel, and great food. We will return this hotel next time we visit Casa.

A big city with many contrasts.
A big city with many contrasts. Of course, a visit to the Mosque and the headland with the lantern is a must. It is also worth taking a train to Rabat. Well-developed public transport makes it easy to explore the entire city. The best places are near Casa Port and old Town

Casablanca is not really a must-go destination.
Casablanca is not really a must-go destination. The old center is pretty dirty and the buildings are not maintained, plenty of them abandoned. Some of the streets in the center almost have the authentic vibe from the movies, but i felt too insecure there. Nothing bad happened to me, but the feeling of being unsafe ruined my experience. Is not really a tourist-friendly city to visit, with staff in restaurants rarely speaking English. I went a 6-day trip (2-3 days in Rabat, 2x Casablanca, and 2x Marrakech), as instead i would recommend 2 days in Rabat, half a day (nor not visiting at all) for Casablanca to visit the big Mosque and the beach (without spending time for the old center) and 2-3 days for Marrakech. The bazaar in Marrakech is huge, but i wished i did more shopping in Rabat (where the bazaar is smaller, but the sellers are way more tolerant and not being pushy at all, which made me feel way more comfortable while shopping. Also, prices in Rabat were lower.
Alcohol in Morroco is in general hard to find, but in some Carrefour supermarkets, they have separate rooms (called CAVE) for selling alcohol. Still, it was not easy to find those, as in Google Maps there wasn`t enough information about which ones sell alcohol, and which doesn't.
Street food is also to be avoided, as hygiene is very low.
This is an exceptional property in a sea of commercial mainstream hotels in Casablanca, still one of the sexiest cities of North Africa and Morocco. I cannot recommend an excellent dinner in the terrace restaurant as well as a walk in the neighborhood. The reception staff could not have been nicer and the dining staff were superb! Located in the heart of the city, you can walk most anywhere (or not!) and just enjoy the unique details of this historical building. Can't wait to make this my one and only go-to hotel in Casablanca!
We had a family room at this hotel. Huge, comfortable room with additional storage space for bags etc and large bathroom. We were initially given a room which smelled of cigarette smoke (I did not think to specify a non-smoking room when booking), but this was quickly rectified when mentioned to the staff and they immediately gave us a non-smoking room. Great pool, a gym and good breakfast. Short taxi ride to the Hassan II Mosque and Morocco Shopping Centre. Also a great beach club nearby.
L'Hostel is a beautiful place to stay. It is spacious and easily accessible. We could park our rental car in the drive way. The room looks better than on pictures. Bathroom was nice and clean.
The breakfast was a buffet of Morrocan cuisine. Looking back, this was one of the best breakfasts we had during our travels around Morocco.
It is easy very easy to socialize with other travelers since there is a lot of open space to chill outside of the room.
Liked everything! Excellent value for money and quality. We arrived at midnight and were quickly and comfortably checked in. Everyone at the reception was very friendly, just like everywhere else in Morocco. Excellent breakfast in a bright room with large windows and a beautiful view of the city. This was our first stop in Morocco and this hotel did not disappoint and left a pleasant impression of the country. Thanks for the hospitality!
I’m actually surprised with the room! i stayed in 4 hotels in total in my 10 days in morocco and this one’s the cleanest, most complete basic things you need, central location and it’s just amazing. just make sure not to choose the road side rooms though for it can get noisy. The breakfast was amazing. Gigi the front desk was delightful too. i should’ve stayed in this hotel longer
It lies in a convenient place next to the highway for Rabat and Marrakech,in about the middle of the way between the airport and the city Center, which makes it an ideal starting or ending point for your trip. It is a modern hotel, that you can find at any part of the world. They answer the phone and answer any question you have about the situation in Morocco-another plus point.
"This exquisite and comfortable hotel boasts a strategic location adjacent to the renowned Hassan 2 Mosque and the mesmerizing ocean. As Cultural Morocco Tours, we hold this establishment in high regard as one of our top choices for accommodating our guests. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Casablanca."
Rooms very spacious and super clean
Customer service .. excellent
House keeping..11/10
I have travelling to morocco for past 6 years and could not find a better place.every time I check in , these people come up with something extra. Maryam manager house keeping, badar, zainab . They all are above to the mark.
It’s a clean and modern hotel which I use for my entry and exit point for my stay in Morocco. The airport train station is close, the amenities and staff high quality, and I enjoy that unique experience of a clean modern hotel room after travelling the country.
Location. Most Reception Staff were extremely helpful, seldom I have seen front desk staff so dapper. Two in particular should be on the hotel brochures or work for the Morocco Tourist Department, full of information, more than willing to assist in any way.
Quiet place, welcoming staff, nice spacious room, delicious diner served despite our late arrival. The best harira soup I've had in Morocco was the one offered here.
Close proximity to the airport and free transfer service provided.
Stayed there 2X during my visit to Morocco. 1 time I booked through Relais et chateaux . 2nd time I resv through booking’com and was treated like a 3rd class citizen. I will never resv a hotel thru Booking.com again
Really got a great old school vibe of Casablanca in the center of everything. But mainly, the staff Saadia gave amazing tips on where to eat and see and was the most hospitable person i met during my travels in Morocco.
All the people in Morocco are so kind and helpful, the hotel is quite well located and the hot water supply is plentiful, all the staff are friendly and considerate, it made my trip in Casablanca very pleasant
friendly staff, good location, clean and brand new. Modern with kitchen you can use. After so lang staying in Ryad it’s nice to feel back to modern society. very lovely breaks in Morocco.
Spotless clean.
Staff treat guests like in five-star hotels.
Rich breakfast compared to other hotels in Morocco.
Great value for the price.
