The hotel is beautifully designed inside and out, well laid out, the facilities/amenities are everything you’d ever want them to be, (the whole hotel smells gorgeous beyond belief)!...

From being greeted by Hamza our butler to the best bartenders extraordinaire, par excellence you'll find Hicham and Yassine, (both of whom make the best, spicey Bloody Mary you could ever wish for, thank you both!) and Amine, Mouad, Younes, Belkis, Mariamme to name but a few…
But all the of the staff looking after us generally and for breakfast , lunch , dinner inside & outside the hotel were/are exceptional individuals and a great team!… (and the food was great everyday by the way)…

I would probably stay here again in winter for the discounted price, but not for the full price. Im not sure where the four stars are coming from, seems weird compared to european three star hotels.
Extermly low water pressure (for Marokko) and warm shower. Good fitness romm. The room was nice and warm (very important in winter).
The matresses were a bit hard, but that was the case in every single hotel in Marokko.
