At the border of the Sahara looking into the desert. Luxury tents with all the comfort inside. Traditional costume is given at every guest to wear at the camp fire after diner. At arrival you’re given a lemon mint drink which was refreshing! The transfer with 4x4 was very enjoyable, also the camel transfer for the kids was fun (1h45min). Diner at night was delicious and more then you can eat! In the evening there is a djembe session at a camp fire where you can enjoy a free tea and you can also dance if you feel like it. Our time at Riad Les Roches Marzouga was beyond what we imagined! Situated on the edge of the desert, the riad's location was absolutely enchanting. The amenities surpassed our expectations, and the pool offered a refreshing escape from the desert heat. The owners' hospitality was exceptional, and the highlight of our stay was the evening excursion to the desert camp. Along with mesmerizing dance performances, we savored the delicious flavors of Moroccan cuisine, adding a delightful culinary aspect to our adventure. Gazing at the stars under the desert sky was a truly unforgettable conclusion to our incredible journey. I enthusiastically endorse Riad Les Roches Marzouga for an extraordinary desert getaway filled with unmatched warmth and hospitality.

We did eat at Kasba Planet Sahara, Food was great, local, well prepared by the lady cook, just a bit too big portions :):):) Excellent!
Outdoor meal was in the desert - grill - local type - wow, we all enjoyed!
Additionally, was easy to walk arround and to have a drink in some local caffee shops - very nice.
Avoid ..!? to short stay to avoid anything, just add few more days.
They will always take care of your needs, take you to lovely places you have only dreamt of and make your desert experience unforgettable! they are fun and will make you feel happy too, trust me.
The tents are as luxury as a hotel room, super clean, super nicely decorated and right in front of the sand dunes. The food is fresh, delicious and a nice variety to the usual tajine they serve you in other places. They are the best , yes they are the best, for the 3rd time they are the best, Choose merzouga luxury magic nights!!
One of the few luxury camps in Merzouga has aircon, which could be useful in summer or winter. The camp is 400 meters away from the castle hotel, which belongs to the same group, which help ensure logistics. The hotel also has a pool open to camp guests. Upon checking in at the hotel, you can choose to go buy camels for the sunset and to go to the camp. This would be highly recommended! The camp is spacious with 1 big king size bed and and a single, plus sofa. Local africa music will be at play with bonfire after dinner.
really recommend this desert adventure! MOHA is more than a guide or a host, he is like a friend you have known for years.
He will always take care of your needs, take you to lovely places you have only dreamt of and make your desert experience unforgettable! He is fun and will make you feel happy too, trust me.

Wauw wauw wauw what a beautiful camp!
I think it is more beautiful and hygienic than the most hotels I visited this year.
Beautiful and very comfortable beds and especially the smell when you walk into the tent. It was like we walked into a perfume shop but then for very soft fragrances.
The staff were super friendly and kind.
And the meals were very delicious!
We loved it very much and hope to visit it another year.
Not to forget, our gide Mustafa was so kind and helpful!
Definitely worth more than 5 stars!
Everything was perfect, we felt like home, surrounded by the desert and our new Berber family.
Addi was taking care of us and was very helpful with every request we had.
Wi-fi was (most of the time) good enough for video calls, but Maroc Telecom has 4G coverage in that area, so we were able to stay online quite comfortably.
Breakfasts and dinners were huge!
We spent 6 nights here, and will come back again for at least month, Inshallah ❤️
Best experience in Morocco so far.
Tanmert!
Splendid location, at the doorstep of the Merzouga big dune desert. View of the roof terras was stunning.
The entire facility is very well maintained. The swimming pool is very clean and refreshing. The owner and staff members make sure to welcome you and serve dinner and breakfast with authentic Moroccan food and in local clothing style. The dinner was the most extensive, and served with lot of attention, throughout our entire journey.
We highly recommend Hotel Riad Ali.
This is a quiet and very beautiful space with a chilled pool and courtyard. The room was one of the most beautiful I stayed in in Morocco. I stayed one night at the hotel and did a camel trek the second night. The hotel arranged everything for a good price. Hassan, my overnight desert guide, was a superb guide, highly knowledgeable of the dunes and happy to answer all of my annoying questions. He is also an excellent drummer! Would highly recommend Riad Mamouche and Hassan!
Perfect 10!!! We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Mezouga , camel ride from the meeting point to the Camp, 4x4 ride to black Sahara, seeing the sunrise by buggy ride, great breakfast, plentiful dinner, camp fire music and dance. Everything was well organized with Friendly amazing staff. Camp tent was clean and plenty of hot water for shower. Staying in Merzouga luxury camp was highlight of our Morocco trip, maybe in our lifetime . We recommend this Camp, look no further
Best experience ever regarding our stay in Morocco. The staff is more than polite and helpful. They went beyond their way to meet our needs and make our stay feel special. The tents were better than a five star hotel with all the modern amenities. Food was amazing. The view is breathtaking and the pezce and quiet is something to be cherished. I would definitely revisit Morocco just for that experience.
Unforgettable desert retreat! Stunning location on the edge of Erg Chebbi. Delicious meals, organized dune activities including camel treks at sunset. Spacious family room with daily service. A must-stay in Merzouga!
if you're planning a trip to Merzouga, this hotel is an absolute must-stay. It offers an unforgettable desert retreat that will leave you yearning to return again and again.
We stayed here for 2 nights and the room + bathroom was the biggest and most clean we had in morocco. The breakfast was perfect, pastries, moroccan bread / pancakes, eggs etc. From the Riad you can easily walk into the desert on your own or book a camel / atv / etc. Tour direct at the Riad or in Merzouga. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and we can recommend this Riad :)
We had a great time in bivouac la fibule de dunes in Merzouga. We spent a night here as a part of 10 days in Morocco. Outstanding desert camp. extremely well-planned camel ride. The tent was roomy and tastefully furnished. The entire crew is pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent and plenty. The barber night performance, which included music and fire, was excellent. We advise everyone to stay at this original luxury camp.
All the staff were amazing. Such kind people, we miss you already! Place was a dream, so peaceful clean and beds were huge and so comfortable. This place was the highlight of our trip to Morocco!!! Would definitely recommend merzouga luxury camps and right on the sand dunes too. Hope to come back in the future. Thanks guys
Very spectaculaire view on the highest dunes of the Erg Chebbi. Friendly staff and nice food. To arrive at the hotel with a small car do not follow the path from Merzouga allong the dunes. You might get stuck then (as we did). Cross the plain desert on a dirt track close to the Shell station straight to the hotel
