The hotel is beautifully designed inside and out, well laid out, the facilities/amenities are everything you’d ever want them to be, (the whole hotel smells gorgeous beyond belief)!...
But I must say it was the he members of staff that made our stay so memorable, worthwhile and heartwarming…
From being greeted by Hamza our butler to the best bartenders extraordinaire, par excellence you'll find Hicham and Yassine, (both of whom make the best, spicey Bloody Mary you could ever wish for, thank you both!) and Amine, Mouad, Younes, Belkis, Mariamme to name but a few…
But all the of the staff looking after us generally and for breakfast , lunch , dinner inside & outside the hotel were/are exceptional individuals and a great team!… (and the food was great everyday by the way)…
Their wonderful service, care and consideration were faultless, their attitude impeccable , they are a real credit to themselves and the hotel…
